This Crunchy Peanut Butter is yummy. I spread it on fruit or a gluten free cracker


I used Avocado Oil instead because Olive Oil has a strong taste for me.


Yum. This is always a great snack in the summer, but any time is fine for a Cottage Cheese  and Tomato Salad


This Cottage Cheese Nut butter spread is delicious spread on a gluten free cracker –¬† or just eat it with a spoon like I sometimes do!


Pair the Cottage Cheese Cinnamon snack with a few strawberries or blueberries and dig in.
