What is the Whole30™ Diet?

“The Whole30™ is a 30-day clean eating plan that emphasizes whole foods and eliminates sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy. The goal is to remake your eating habits by eliminating certain foods from your diet.  At the end of the 30 day period you reintroduce certain foods to see how you feel. This gives you a handle on which foods you are sensitive to, so you can avoid them in the future to feel better. It also helps you control your sugar cravings.
